ruby on rails - Apply only one locale on specific resource

So, I have something like this:

scope ':locale', locale: /#{I18n.available_locales.join("|")}/ do
  namespace :landing_page, path: '', module: 'landing_page' do
    resources :landing_page_1, only: [:index]
    resources :landing_page_2, only: [:index]
    resources :landing_page_3, only: [:index]
  end
end

landing_page_3 is only available in 1 locale. Is there any way I can discard all other locales without changing landing_page_3 scope ?

E.g. something like this:

scope ':locale', locale: /#{I18n.available_locales.join("|")}/ do
  namespace :landing_page, path: '', module: 'landing_page' do
    resources :landing_page_1, only: [:index]
    resources :landing_page_2, only: [:index]
    resources :landing_page_3, only: [:index], locale: /en/
  end
end
