Restoring Expired Firebase Tables in BigQuery and Keeping Data Longer Than 60 Days

We have connected our Firebase data with BigQuery. Billing was enabled on Google Cloud Platform, and we have set the retention of the Firebase dataset we are interested in to "Forever".

However, BigQuery is still only keeping 60 dates worth of tables, and expiring older data.

How do we keep said data past 60 days? Is there a way to restore older data?snapshot of Firebase analytics dataset in BQ

This question has apparently been asked in many forms before with no good answer. The retaining more than 60s part has a fix here: Export Firebase to Bigquery dataset time to live
