url rewriting - rewrite url to url:port number

how can I rewrite the next url request:

http://mydomain.com/virtualDirectory/default.aspx?param1=2&param2=car

to:

http://mydomain.com:8888/virtualDirectory/default.aspx?param1=2&param2=car
