Why the same request return a different value using Burpsuite and Python?

Question

When I make a post with Burpsuite the post is executed correctly. But whe I try to do the same post using python requests I get the 401 error. I am using the same User agent and the same headers for everything. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be?
