try to get customer order by using Uber Eat api and integrate with POS system

Question

from uber document https://developer.uber.com/docs/riders/references/api/v2/token-post I try the command

it always return {"error":"invalid_scope"}

I cannot find web page to setup the scope, and cannot ask uber develop
