How to convert string to unicode(UTF-8) string in Swift?

In Objective I could write smth like that:

NSString *str = [[NSString alloc] initWithUTF8String:[strToDecode cStringUsingEncoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding]];

how to do smth similar in Swift?
