plotly - What can i do if Atom doesn't find the .csv file in the folder even if it is there?

Please, does anyone know why the file 'data/2018WinterOlympics.csv' seems not to exist in the folder even though actually it is there? I'm struggling to understand why...

import plotly.offline as pyo

import plotly.graph_objs as go

import pandas as pd

df = pd.read_csv('data/2018WinterOlympics.csv')

print(df)
