progressive web apps - 'TypeError: failed to fetch' when call ws from PWA on mobile

Question

I'm writing a PWA app that recalls a webservice on other machine - on the same subnet - by fetch() function to url http://192.168.1.53/print.php .

Under development on my PC - again on the same subnet - I'm able to call the ws from PWA on the browser I use to simulate mobile phone - I'm using VSCode + Live server.

It is OK if I recall typing the url directly in a browser address bar.

It is OK if I type the URL in the address bar of browser on my mobile (Android).

If I recall the function from the PWA running on my mobile, I receive in the catch method as response: TypeError: failed to fetch

Any idea?
