100% VBA Noob, please go easy.
Just created an Outlook form for users to submit support tickets to I.T. The user fills out importance, type of issue, and a text field to explain the problem. So far so good. User hits send, email goes to the support mailbox. Support mailbox receives the email, and it's empty. Their choices and text entries are not there. What am I missing for the text they enter to populate the email?
