最近在学习贝叶斯网络,当用K2算法建立了贝叶斯网络结构之后,用R语言工具可以很清楚地实现网络可视化。
例如,在泰坦尼克号数据集中,最后生成的贝叶斯网络结构如下:

利用R语言的networdD3包,可以有效地实现网络可视化。
