cell = (PickAClassCell *)[tableView dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier:simpleTableIdentifier];

    cell = [nib objectAtIndex:0];

cell.CountLabel.tag=1000;

终于找到答案了，这里的myData是NsMutableArray。首先基于 No of Row 我们可以取 myData 中的第一个零。 在 cellForRowAtIndexPath

       {
         NSArray *nib = [[NSBundle mainBundle] loadNibNamed"ickAClassCell" owner:self options:nil];
         cell = [nib objectAtIndex:0];

        }

        cell.CountLabel.text=[NSString stringWithFormat"%@",[myData objectAtIndex:indexPath.row]];

        cell.CountLabel.tag=1000;
        [cell.PlusCount addTarget:self actionselector(PlusButtonSelect forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchUpInside];
        return cell;
}

    count = count + 1;

减号按钮也一样。
