要让您的 UIWebView 水平和垂直反弹，请将 ScrollView 的 bounces 属性设置为 YES。

lockPositionsWebView.scrollView.bounces = YES;

lockPositionsWebView.scrollView.alwaysBounceVertical = YES;
lockPositionsWebView.scrollView.alwaysBounceHorizontal = YES;
