aTableView.contentInset = UIEdgeInsetsMake(aTableView.contentInset.top, 
                                           aTableView.contentInset.left, 
                                           aTableView.contentInset.bottom+300, 
                                           aTableView.contentInset.right);

做你必须做的，然后:

aTableView.contentInset = UIEdgeInsetsMake(aTableView.contentInset.top, 
                                           aTableView.contentInset.left, 
                                           aTableView.contentInset.bottom-300,
