matplotlib - slope of the linear part with matplot.lib python

Question

I'm struggling with finding the linear part of my graph, the code I've written to make the graph is bellow

data3=pd.read_csv("data2.csv")
x3=data3.deplacement
y3=data3.force

plt.plot(x3,y3, 'g')
plt.xlabel("déplacement (mm)")
plt.ylabel("effort (N)")
plt.title('force en focntion de deplacement')
plt.legend()
plt.show()

please how can I calculate the slope at the origin?
