In main/urls.py

from django.conf.urls import url, include
from django.contrib import admin
from article import urls

urlpatterns = [
    url(r'^admin/', include(admin.site.urls)),
    url(r'^', include(urls))

]

Or

from django.conf.urls import url, include
from django.contrib import admin

urlpatterns = [
    url(r'^admin/', include(admin.site.urls)),
    url(r'^', include('article.urls'))

]
