php - Display multiple images from single column database

Question

I have created a form to upload multiple images and save file name into to database using PHP procedural way.

Form:

<form method="post" action="upload.php" enctype="multipart/form-data">
  <input name='uploads[]' type="file" multiple>
  <input type="submit" value="Send">
</form>

name of multiple images for single entry are stored in database's 'img' table into 'url_name' column. Example: img1.jpg img2.png

But now I am not getting how to fetch each image's name separately.
