linear regression - how to test for interaction effect with two categorical independent variables and a time series dependent variable

Question

I have two independent variables: Group (Treatment & Control) and Block (Stressor 1 and Stressor 2). I have one dependent variable of skin conductance as a contentious time-series physiology measure. How do I show the interaction effect between Group and Block for my time-series dependent variable of skin conductance?
