api - How can I analyse MS SQL-Server data on a website with charts and graphs?

Question

I use one website to insert data into my MS SQL-Server database, but I don't have access to the code for that website, thus I can't change a thing. A shame, since my goal is to be able to analyse the data in my database with pie charts, graphs and such.

The problem is that I don't have a clue on how to do this, I don't know what I need to achieve this.

I've been looking at some API's, mainly google analytics API but I don't really know if it is possible to show MS SQL-Server data with the Google Analytics API.

I appreciate every bit of guidance I get.

• What programs are best suited to use?
• Do I need to learn any programming language besides the good old HTML, CSS, JS and PHP?

I'm looking for free solutions, since I don't have that much capability on the money department.
