api - Data push problems ESP32

Question

Just wanted to ask a question. So having some esp32 internet connection problems, cause data is not pushing to weathercloud.net. For example I've tried ESP32Ping library to ping google.com works fine, however when I'm pinging http://api.weathercloud.net it says failed. Moreover I tried using just www.weathercloud.net and it works. So I've changed from https to www but API is not responding still. Any ideas? ??????

Also when I connect my ESP32 to my home wi-fi router everything works fine. However, the above pointed problem occurs when I use my hotspot wifi router(which works with SIM-card 4G networks)
