wordpress - How to add premade Elementor page able to be downloaded to the theme?

I am trying to learn how to add a page in my theme where I can let the user download premade Elementor pages to use. I know how to develop with WordPress but I can't find resources out there for this functionality. I am not asking for a solution, but guidance as I want to learn this. Does anyone have any helpful documentation I can read? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
