magento2 - Ingenico feedback url for http authorized merchant url

Question

I have staging environment for Magento2 website ex: https://example.com hosted on platform.sh and it is secured with http authorization.

I am using ingenico payment gateway. In ingenico's configuration "Technical Information->Transaction Feedback->Direct HTTP server-to-server request" I have added the feedback url like "https://username:[email protected]/ops/api/postBack/".

Because http authorization turned ON in platform.sh, whenever ingenico post values to feedback url it always get 401 status.

I can't turn OFF http authorization, what changes I need to make here so that values get posted successfully?
