google analytics - Setting up purchase retention rate in Firebase

Question

I want to track retention rate - which I am defining as users who have made 2 or more purchases over a rolling 30 period. What is the best way to track this in firebase? Is there a way to create an audience where I can track this? Or if anyone has a better way to do this I would also take that advice. Thanks,
