javascript - ChartJS : Possible to place labels at end of dataset line?

Question

I am charting growth data and need to put percentile labels at the end of each dataset line. Is this possible using legend placement or maybe with a plugin? I tried the datalabels plugin but that seemed to be limited to labeling data points on the line.
