apache - Facing webserver issue, IBM http server request is not happening in webseal

Question

Assume that we have 2 webserver, the existing webserver request was working fine when webseal asking request, we have newly added webserver, but the issue now the webseal request properly not happening with webseal. The issue was TCP/IP shows in error log.
