c# - How do I save the formatting of a richtextbox and also be able to load it here as well without creating a file on my computer?

How would I be able to save the formatting only of a richtextbox and be able to load in in another richtextbox? I need to be able to modify the formatting or be able to convert it to a string and then back so that I can still change the text between the two richtextboxes but be able to keep the formatting. Let me know if I need to be more clear. My goal is to be able to edit the text between the two richtextboxes slightly but still be able to keep the formatting if that makes sense. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Also I am working in WPF and not Winforms.
