python - SIP and PyQt4 on macOS

Question

I want to install pyqt4 on my Mac (with Big Sur),

I don't know how to do it because they are not supported any more.

Do you guys know how to install it?

If I can't what are the differences between pyqt4 and pyqt5, Can I run PyQt4 codes on PyQt5?
