Wordpress Classic editor - custom info for editors

Question

I am looking for solution, how to add info/guide how to edit pages and posts directly next to classic editor in administration. I do not like to use Gutenberg, so I installed: https://cs.wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/

My idea is to add panel on the right, where are settings (Publish, Featured image etc.).

Is there some plugin (or really simple code) like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-post-notes/ but with the ability to add default content to show everytime, new post or page is created?
