C# Cefsharp Pepperflashplayer

Question

I am trying to develop a Flash player based application with Cefsharp [pepflashplayer] for Flash games in Windows format, but I get an error [error-f5-this plugin is not supported]

I get this error since Google stopped supporting flash.

I'm using VS 2019, Cefsharp latest version 86.0.24 and pepflashplayer 29.0.0.171

I tried multiple ways, none was successful. Many programs work using PepperFlash, I have an example, but it says it's not supported for me. picture
