javascript - How to control media source that is shared during session

Question

Since I began to find WebRTC quite interesting and many seem to have some experience, I'd like to ask for a suggestion / help on this question:

I know that I can talk to my WebRTC session and Browser via APIs But if I only use an application via browser that I don't own myself is there a way how I can change / control the media that i share (screen, camera etc) without doing it within this application?
