solve excel formatting issues for different versions

Question

I created an excel VBA dashboard on Windows Excel 2016 version. I am trying to open the same dashboard on Microsoft office 365 pro+, I see formatting issues. Can someone suggest me how to resolve this? Is the issue due to different excel versions?
