css - Browser developer tool - inspector

Question

So, this is the first time ive come actoss this. Usually when you inspect an item it usually show you the url and path the item came form as in picture 1 (from another site i did). Now on the site im designing this seems to have changed at some point, every single piece of css when insected says its inline, see picture 2. Obviously its not as its coming from a ccs file. Am i missing something obvious, or why would this happen as i need it to be as in picture 1 with style or url. Any help or guidance would be great.
