java - Fail to set up TornadoFx project on IntelliJ

Question

I installed the TornadoFx plugin in the IntelliJ IDEA. Then I setted up a new, clean tornadofx-maven-project with SDK 15.

The only thing I added to pom.xml Reference

 <!-- https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.openjfx/javafx-plugin -->
        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.openjfx</groupId>
            <artifactId>javafx-plugin</artifactId>
            <version>0.0.7</version>
        </dependency>

With the modified pom.xml I ran into this issue

Cannot resolve org.openjfx:javafx-plugin:0.0.7

If I don't modify the file this issue is been thrown:

Kotlin: Supertypes of the following classes cannot be resolved. Please make sure you have the required dependencies in the classpath:
    class tornadofx.UIComponent, unresolved supertypes: javafx.event.EventTarget
    class tornadofx.App, unresolved supertypes: javafx.application.Application
