textexpander shell script has stopped working

Question

I thought I had this snippet that accomplished this but suddenly it has stopped working. Now, I get an error saying

Shell Script snippet has no shell task specifier (#!) and can't be executed

Can someone explain why this wouldn't work? I do have this set up as a shell script, and I know that somehow a person has to set the shebang, but this was working previously. Thank you!
