Automatically set Linux screen tabs named with current command

I m using screen to have code and commands run in multiple tabs. But when I list the open tabs seeing just the numbers does not help. Is it possible to modify .screenrc such that when we have multiple screen tabs open in bash then each tab has the name of the current command being run on that?
And also when the command is completed then that particular tab name could be named bash or maybe current path.
