embedded linux - postinstall intercept hook 'update_gio_module_cache' failed

Question

I am faiely new to yocto. and I'm trying to do a fresh build for qemuarm. Steps i've taken:

• after checking out release "yocto-3.1.5" then

source oe-init-build-env ~/buid-qemu

then I set MACHINE ?= "qemuarm" then finally running

bitbake core-image-minimal

i get this error:

attached also is the log file specified.

what could be the issue ?
