api - Coinbase payment webhook not working on my website

Question

I am having issues with coinbase commerance webhooks not working. I can receive payments but it doesnt complete the order on my wordpress page. I have to manually complete orders after verifying the order ID on my end which is a pain if I have to process 40-50 orders a day. Please any help would be appreciated! I have already tried to reach out to coinbase support but there's no response for over 2 weeks.
