node.js - How to tokenize a natural language strings that issues a command?

I am trying to parse a text that can issue a command the format is like this:

{Action} {Db field} with {value} to {Person} on {date}

Ex: Update Note 1 with "This is a note" to John Doe on Jan, 13, 2021.

What is an effiecient way to tokenize this in Nodejs

Wanted result: ["Update", "Note 1", "with", '"This is a note"', "to", "John Doe", "on", "Jan, 13, 2021"]
