algorithm - Filter for image distortion

Question

The problem: For many people, a disease of the macula creates a distortion in perception.

Our goal: We want to capture this distortion individually (using the Amsla Grid within a web app) and generate an image filter from these values for application to images/web pages/text.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Is familiar with the data format to build an image filter.
2. Can create an image filter from this data set (Canvas).
