nginx - Trouble accessing host on Homestead/Vagrant box via the browser

Question

I have a Laravel Homestead (Vagrant) box, using Oracle VM VirtualBox, under Windows 10. This is a Ubuntu box with an Nginx webserver.

On it, I have two hosts set up, which I have been using without issues for months.

Suddenly, without anything having changed that I am aware of, I am unable to access either host via the browser.

I can still ping each domain via command prompt and it replies with the correct IP (192.168.10.10). I can also visit http://192.168.10.10 in the browser and it serves up the first of the two that is defined in my Homestead.yaml, all works correctly.

I can start and stop the vagrant box without issue, reload/reprovision, ssh in etc.

But when I try and go to either domain, I get unable to connect, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED etc.
