angular - Fetch other website's Global Variables using another site

Question

Is it possible to access other website's Global Variable? For instance, all of the information that are available on browser's Console (when you are inside the website).

For example, I will create an Angular application that needs to access other website (i.e.: google.com) and will fetch any Global Variable.

What would be the best approach that can be made?
