actions on google - Distorted images in rich response on a smartphone

In our AoG we use different rich responses in the Google Assistant App on the smartphone. For a few days now, we have been seeing with the Basic Card and the Carousel that the display of images used is sometimes distorted (various devices with Android and iOS). We use PNG files in both responses.

Normally, the screen should look like this in a Carousel:

But in some cases, the screen looks like this. Three images are displayed correctly, one image is distorted.

In addition the screen should look like this in a Basic Card:

But sometimes the image is centered and also distorted:

Until now we were not able to identify a specific pattern. We identified the problem on various smartphone devices (Android, iOS). Is this a specific problem with our AoG or is this a problem with the Google Assistant app?
