sql - On Delete Cascade method

Question

Hello I would like to use method ON DELETE CASCADE I have found schema, but it doesn't work in my program.

SELECT table_name FROM referential_constraints  
WHERE constraint_schema = 'employeedb'  
        AND referenced_table_name = 'Employee'  
        AND delete_rule = 'CASCADE';  

SELECT *
FROM Worker
WHERE Born > '1950'
        AND referenced_table_name = 'Meetings'  
        AND delete_rule = 'CASCADE';   

Using SQLDeveloper
