How could be add checkbox with condition by Google App Script?

I'm making a task management with google sheet. I want to auto add a checkbox when Task Number column is >0 and delete checkbox when Task Number column is null.

And when I check a box, Sheet wil be auto add today to Finish Day column. How can I do that with App Script.
