pytorch - Getting fcntl error when importing PyKeops in Python

Question

I've installed PyKeops package using pip on Windows. The packages seems to be installed properly. Even my pytorch is working well. But when I want to import LazyTensors I get the following error:

from pykeops.torch import LazyTensor
# =====================================
# ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fcntl'
