How do I install JavaFX on Ubuntu for Atom?

Question

Everything is in the question, I don't know if it is stupid or not but I really don't know how to install it. I download Java Linux SDK and Java Linux jmods from https://gluonhq.com/products/javafx/ but how can I use JavaFX ? And last thing I'm working on Atom.
