android - Disable bottomsheet's swipe down for App Default prompt

Question

I am working on an Android launcher and when the app gets installed, the user will get an option to choose the default app launcher through a bottom sheet prompt with "Always" and "Just Once" option.

This bottom sheet has the swipe down feature. If the user swipes down this prompt, then the app won't be defaulted.

Could anything be done to stop the swipe down feature from this bottom sheet?
