xunit - visual studio unit test parallelism difference when run from code editor and from test explorer

Question

Assume I have multiple test methods inside a test class, it turns out if I use the 'Run Test(s)' context menu from the test class name inside the code editor, all the tests will run in parallel. However, if I run from the 'Run' context menu of the test class name from within the test explorer, the tests run one by one.

My question is to confirm this behavior, and figure out if this is by design?
