python - ffmpeg doesn't recognize after adding to path

Question

I installed ffmpeg, added it to path and I can find it in command line, but in jupyter notebook when I try to use bcr.bar_chart_race function it returns me this error message **Exception: You do not have ffmpeg installed on your machine. Download ffmpeg from here: https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html.

                        Matplotlib's original error message below:
                        Requested MovieWriter (ffmpeg) not available**
