I have a number of directories "SRRnnnnn_output" (where nnnnn is the sample identifier), each has an abundance.tsv
file, each with same format and length, the 1st column is the same for all the tsv and is a list of transcripts, the 3rd column is the counts.
I need to build a matrix
with rows = list of transcripts and columns = sample identifier (or also a number from 1 to n of samples, as they are ordered I can change names later) and the matrix must be filled with the counts found in the 3rd column in the tsv. Has anyone idea how to use the right tool and wildcard to build the matrix properly?
