amazon web services - AWS MQ (ActiveMQ) Single Instance Failure

In the AWS MQ FAQs, it mentions the following regarding single instance failure:-

"if the node fails, it will be unavailable until it is restarted"

Is there any way to automate the detection of the node failing and restarting it?
